ZOWIE, BATMAN! The 10 year closed at 3.3609% yesterday and we've seen 3.3459% this AM. Our best priced lender just offered 4.625% to our best and well qualified borrowers on the base quote! Hope you were ready to take advantage of it everyone. Get those complete packages in so you can. I sure hope Mr. Bernanke doesn't rattle the cage tomorrow...
