Orlando Mortgage Blog

We all are waiting to see what if anything comes out of the proposed budget deal before congress today. At the moment the 10yr has dropped to 2.74% after seeing 2.71% earlier this AM. The DOW is down about 124 points. Points on mortgages are slightly lower so far this morning but haven't seen any significant movement yet. Post "vote" market response should be interesting. I'm getting too old for this.
