We've been in a pretty narrow range for a couple days on rates. A few basis points one way or the other on points. Hey VA eligible borrowers. If you have a VA loan now have you looked at the VA Streamline (IRRRL) refinance program? If you haven't you should at least take a look folks. No appraisal, income verification and reduced VA funding fee on this product...worth the look.
