Started out up again and firmly broke 5% this morning on the 30yr Fixed purchased. Late afternoon points have slid about 50 bps and we're back below the magic 5% number for the time being. It would sure be nice to stay there for a while again. Wait...did the wind just change again or was it my imagination?
