No need to comment more on this number other than to confirm that yes rates went up today like they did yesterday and most lenders bumped twice.
Hind sight is when you regret something you know you should have taken care of and procrastinated and didn't.
If you need to refinance what are you waiting on? If you are thinking about buying....when do you think it will get less expensive anytime soon?
