Well...based on the European fears and issues with Greece and Spain over the weekend the the DOW started out 200 points down this morning and the 10 year treasuries hit a historically low 1.41% so far today. So the question now for rate watchers is will we see a 30 year fixed purchase rate for well qualified borrowers hit the 3.25% level today? We've had  at 3.375% for many days now but the market just hasn't been able to get over the hump yet. Will today be the day? We're watching it....

We got it! A well qualified owner-occupied buyer or rate and term refinance borrower with a mid credit score of 740 and above and 75% loan-to-value (LTV) or below can be quoted 3.25% on a 30 year fixed rate and at the moment receive a 0.125% point rebate against costs here. Your score and LTV dictates conforming conventional rate adjusters today which are set on all conventional loans based on your status today. So call for a free custom quote now.
