It's almost too much to ask for...the National Championship Game and Bernanke "speak" in the same night night. Well at least we know we'll end up with at least one winner tonight. A lot of ears will be tuned in to what Fed Chairman Bernanke has to say this evening at 7:15 PM. With the second waive of Fed bailout in the form of their ongoing Phase II purchases of treasuries that have supported rates in the last year due to end this June (or maybe sooner) many want to know what he will have to say about Fed strategy in going ahead to get some feel for rates, bonds, stocks the dollar and the economy as a whole. That's a lot of power in the hands of a part of our government you can't vote on.
